What's the height of the platform?▾
The standard configuration places the platform at approximately 36 inches — adjustable based on your step spacing. The install template gives you the exact measurements for your cat's stride.
Is it specifically for senior cats?▾
It's designed for any cat who benefits from a stepped access route, but senior cats and cats recovering from surgery are the primary use case. Any cat can use it.
What size platform is at the top?▾
The top platform is 14 × 14 inches — comfortably sized for cats up to large breeds to lounge on.
Does it require stud mounting?▾
For cats over 5 kg or as a primary daily-use route, stud mounting is strongly recommended. The full hardware kit supports both stud and anchor installation.
Can I add more steps below it?▾
Yes — pair with the Pialouge Entry Wall Steps below for a longer, gentler ascent. Works well for cats who need very gradual step height.
My cat refuses to use the steps and jumps to the platform directly. Is that okay?▾
